Supplier for Water bottles
Oxfam Lebanon Programme

We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and we promote economic justice and good governance, and women’s rights. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men.
Project Objective:
Under South emergency response, Oxfam is seeking a qualified supplier to provide 2L and 10L water bottles to its warehouses in Beirut, Zahle, and Nabatieh. The supplier must ensure that the water meets Lebanon’s potable water standards, and the bottles are delivered promptly and safely.
Content of Works:
The supplier will be responsible for providing potable water bottles of the following specifications:
Transparency: All water bottles (container) should be transparent.
Quality: The water quality must comply with Lebanon’s potable water standards
Provide potable water bottle different sizes as per the table below.
All the cost should include transportation and labour.
Oxfam will request quantity based on need.

Required details, pricing, and coordination:
- Preference is given to the items that have proven accepted quality as per Lebanon standards.
- Company should be registered and have quality certification.
- Proof of registration, VAT.
- Company should have the capacity to provide full quantity.
- The unit prices and rates must be presented in US dollars for each of the offer item.
- The procurement will be supervised by Oxfam’s logistic team.
Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost.
Oxfam has the right to select different suppliers for the same goods and the quantity might be split between them.
The quantity of items requested will differ based on the needs which will be defined later for emergency response.
NB: This purchase is made for emergency situations.
Date of delivery: One week after signing the agreement.
