Business Consultant - Immediate Opening
Roles & Responsibilities:
- NGO Support: Assist in the preparation of NGO presentations, reports, and analysis. Collaborate with senior consultants and manager to gather and analyze business data, customer insights, and industry trends.
- Data Analysis: Conduct research and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify business challenges and opportunities. Assist in creating financial models, market assessments, and SWOT analyses.
- Process Improvement: Support the identification of areas for operational improvement within client organizations. Help recommend solutions to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
- Project Management Assistance:
Aid in the execution of consulting missions by tracking progress, assisting with project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of work. Coordinate with internal and external teams as needed. - NGO Interaction: Participate in meetings, take notes, and provide feedback or insights based on your analysis. Assist in presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to support strategic recommendations for the NGO.
- Training Material Development: Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training materials for clients. This includes creating slide decks, manuals, templates, and other resources on basic management topics such as leadership, change management, process optimization, and strategic planning.
- Training Delivery: Lead or co-facilitate training sessions for clients on foundational business and management topics. This could include presenting material, managing Q&A sessions, and providing interactive exercises to ensure participants understand key concepts and can apply them effectively in their roles.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational abilities to support businesses and cooperatives.
- Familiarity with data collection processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with business plans and feasibility studies.
- Ability to collaborate with beneficiaries to address their questions and needs.
- Willingness to participate in event organization.
Skills:

- Languages: Arabic/ English/ French
Payment terms
- Invoices must be issued no later than the 25th of each month, and payments will be processed within 15 to 20 business days, provided that all deliverables have been submitted.
- Payments will be made via bank cheques.
- All applicable taxes will be deducted from the Consultant’s fees unless the Consultant is registered with the Ministry of Finance.
