I’MPOSSIBLE is a not-for-profit organization established in August 2017 to help build sustainable, prosperous, and inclusive communities in the Akkar region through education support, youth empowerment, economic development and livelihoods.
I’MPOSSIBLE believes in active community as the driving force towards development in its comprehensive sustainable concept.
I’MPOSSIBLE aspires to open the eyes of people that they can achieve seemingly impossible things with their lives through Courage, Determination, Inspiration and Equality.

Vision statement:Empower individuals and institutions to collaboratively build resilient, inclusive, and prosperous communities that endure in Lebanon

Mission statement:To empower individuals and institutions in Lebanon to enhance education, health, protection, and livelihoods. Our focus is on children, youth, and women empowerment, achieved through advocacy and development programs. Our goal is to cultivate accountable citizens and promote sustainable community development.

The Caseworker will be responsible for the implementation of the Comprehensive Protection Case Management for persons at Heightened risks. The Case Worker will be supervised by the protection officer to ensure qualitative and effective case management.

Roving Clinical Psychologist

Job

The roving clinical psychologist will be responsible for the provision of mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services as well as providing psychological assessment and psychotherapy to I’m Possible clients consisting mainly of women and girls survivors of or at risk of gender-based violence (GBV) in the different program locations in Akkar. In addition, they will coordinate with other protection and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic intervention.
