Mennonite Central Committee (hereinafter referred to as an “Agency”) is humanitarian actor currently supporting vulnerable populations across Lebanon. Mennonite Central Committee will lead the tendering, evaluation, and selection process to select a Financial Service Provider (FSP) to provide Cash Based Transfer (CBT) services and particularly, an efficient, reliable, and secure electronic payment system, for an initial period of 3 months, renewable based on project funding availability and service evaluation. In the case of contract renewal, the numbers and value of transactions may be subject to modification.
In this framework, MCC intends to hire the services of a qualified financial service provider in Lebanon with a main experience in cash services. The service provider should have sufficient experience in executing the required works as per the project’s requirements.

How to apply

Closing Date: Deadline for the submission of bids is 22 March 2024 at 03:00 PM local time. All bids submitted after the closing date will be rejected.
Criteria & Requirements for selection:
Legal Documents showing the service provider is formally registered in Lebanon.
Company Profile showing company portfolio and similar projects implemented across Lebanon.
Active bank account suitable for receiving international wire transfers in foreign currencies (Fresh USD).
