Safeguarding Training Consultant

Duties:

• Lead a 3-day training in Damascus, Syria for partner organizations.
• Guide participants in creating and adapting policies, emphasizing Child Protection Code of Conduct and PSEAH.
• Develop engaging training materials and ensure effective knowledge retention.
• Provide detailed reports on training outcomes and achievements.
• Duration: 3 days in Damascus/Syria, with willingness to travel.

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in civil society organizations.
• Preferably experienced in development sectors, especially protection, GBV, Gender and inclusion.
• Demonstrated proficiency as a trainer.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural context.

Skills:

• Mandatory proficiency in Arabic (oral/written).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Adaptability to work seamlessly within multinational teams.
• Willingness to travel to Syria, specifically Damascus.
