The NAWAT consortium started in 2018 and consist of three main community-based organization ( Ruwwad AL Tanmeya, SHIFT, TEC ) that intend to improve economic outcomes for stakeholders through a holistic strategy that approaches challenges in the labour market.
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen local community, MSMEs, start-ups and entrepreneurs’ ability to grow, create jobs and wealth and contribute to the socio-economic inclusion of youth and women.

Developing Go-To-Market Strategies for startups – Limited engagement

The purpose of the specific role is to provide support to the assigned Strategic Financial Advisor (SFA) reporting to the Minister of Education and Higher Education and the Donor Group, to provide this technical expertise.

The PSEA Officer will be responsible for the direct support and mentorship of LHDF members on the development and implementation of core PSEA standards.
