The Program Manager will provide overall leadership to Mercy Corps activities under the LINKED program while coordinating closely with other consortium partners. S/he will ensure the program is implemented on scope, on time and within budget and will ensure full compliance with national regulations as well as the consortium’s and donors’ requirements. The Program Manager must be a team player, ideally with consortium experience, who has the technical and functional skills to be a leader.

The National Tuberculosis Programme (NTP) in Lebanon is a governmental program that falls under the authority of the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH). It is composed of nine Tuberculosis (TB) control centers across the country and one sanatorium.
The specific problems in addressing TB among refugees include difficulties in reaching the population scattered in host communities and temporary settlements, and movement of the population within and across country borders.

The Budget and Financial Analysis Coordinator (BFAC) is a senior member of the Central Finance Unit (CFU) for Syria Program and takes the thematic lead or sub unit functions related Budgets and Financial Analysis management. The BFAC works collaboratively with other team members to ensure compliance with Mercy Corps internal policies and procedures as well as donor regulations.

Since late January 2020, the Lebanese state has taken several measures to prevent, prepare and respond to the emerging COVID19-SARS2 virus. In the case of a massive outbreak, risk of separation of children (boys and girls) from their caregivers could increase. The support of the social work syndicate will be able to provide psychosocial support, safe identification and referral of protection cases and addressing the risks of children separation related to COVID 19 in close collaboration with the UNICEF and MOSA.
