ACHR is specialized in observing the human rights refugee situation and publishes periodic publications on mass violations with the aim of raising awareness.

Under the technical support component, Oxfam is looking to hire a BDS (Business development services) consultant to deliver 3 tailored individual coaching sessions to 15 businesses who have been selected to receive a financial grant. The aim of these coaching sessions is to support the selected businesses to optimize the utilization and management of the grant, once received.
The consultant is expected to develop content needed and deliver the coaching sessions.
