The purpose of the position is to administer World Vision Lebanon People and Culture systems and provide administrative support to the P&C function including but not limited to correspondence generation, record keeping, and personnel files maintenance. To act as a super user to Our People system and to manage the recruitment module as per WVL recruitment process.
To ensure a quick effective service is provided to all WVL stakeholders and to contribute to the achievement of the overall departmental objectives and work plan.

The successful candidate needs to have the ability to conduct full fledged research in multiple sectors including research methodologies, sampling techniques and target segmentation. In addition, he/she is able to build surveys from scratch after understanding the client's needs and accordingly develop reports to serve the purpose of the research.

Post Nairobi Summit, all UNFPA Country Offices have been supporting the governments in addressing and achieving their national commitments; and the governments have been keen in fulfilling these commitments especially that they should be reported against on a yearly basis.

The Health Outreach Worker (HOW) will be based in the community or the CL health center and will be linked to the Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs) and other relevant platforms and institutions, as needed, in the area in which they reside and with which they are familiar. If safe and appropriate, the HOW may be reassigned to a new area of coverage as community needs and priorities shift.
