DESCRIPTION: CALL FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINER

BACKGROUND and JUSTIFICATION :  
MOSAIC is a holistic program committed to improve the health and wellness of Marginalized group in Lebanon and beyond. Through its national presence in Lebanon and its regional networks in the MENA region, MOSAIC strategic goal is to achieve the coexistence of people in friendly communities and national systems. Founded by activists and legal and health experts, MOSAIC will provide comprehensive services for the Marginalized groups, research and advocate for policy reform, build knowledge and capacities on SOGIESC (Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity/Expressions, and Sex Characteristics) issues, and engage the societies in the fight against human rights violations, especially against LGBTIQ rights violations.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Mosaic Youth Program (MYP) is currently seeking passionate and experienced trainers to join our team and work under the overall supervision of MOSAIC’s General Director and MYP coordinator.

If you possess expertise in vocational training, including topics such as CV writing, interview skills, and public speaking, we invite you to be a part of our mission to nurture and guide the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and design engaging vocational training sessions for youth, focusing on CV writing, interview preparation, and public speaking.
  • Customize training content to meet the unique needs of young participants and enhance their employability skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to empower youth in their personal and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the mYP team to design and implement innovative training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer, specifically in vocational training for youth.
  • Experience working with Marginalized communities previously.
  • Versatile Knowledge in different and various fields (not necessarily and exclusively high-end jobs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and inspire young participants.
  • Ability to create dynamic and interactive training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Familiarity with current trends in vocational market demands, CV writing, interview techniques, and public speaking.

Genuine passion for youth development and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
