Lutheran World Relief (LWR), a 501(c)(3) non-governmental organization founded in 1945 and headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, today works around the world to end poverty, injustice and human suffering. LWR focuses its work on emergency relief and sustainable agricultural development assistance to lay a foundation for food security, resilience, climate adaptation, and strengthening value chains. Under supervision and guidance of Regional Finance and Administration Manager (RFAM) and the Lebanon Program Director, the CFAM provides financial, accounting, and administrative operations and procedures support to LWR Lebanon in line with organization guidelines and internationally recognized accounting standards. The CFAM’s core functions include fund management; oversee administration, logistics and office management; provide technical assistance to the implementing partners for financial compliance to LWR and donor’s requirements.

The Project Coordinator’s core functions are to support the Program Manager in ensuring the smooth implementation of all emergency activities. The Project Coordinator will monitor the implementation of partner activities, and ensure the project meets LWR standards of implementation, M&E, and reporting. S/he will also collaborate with the operations staff to ensure that program logistics and administrative tasks are completed as needed. This role works through both the Asia and Middle East regional office and the Humanitarian Assistance unit.
