Voting Mechanism Shooting

The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE) is looking to engage a freelancer to assist LADE in the production of a well-structured, elaborated and informative voting mechanism process ahead of 2022 parliamentary elections as per the current legal framework and in accordance with the 44/2017 electoral law.

The person is entitled to produce a high quality shooting video on voting mechanism inside polling centers with an informative text and icons to be embedded in the video. Ideally, the video shall include a person informing and explaining the voting mechanism in a proper and smooth manner. 

Deliverables

Produce a 1 to 2 minute informative video, making the voting mechanism easy to understand, giving the public a reference for the E-day. The type of the video is a high-quality studio shooting.

The production of the video shall be associated with adequate informative explanation and in finest and high-quality video formats including HD, AVI and MP4, with English subtitles

The freelancer shall finalize the outcome incorporating the comments arising from the presentation to LADE

The final version has to be submitted to LADE by no later than April 25, 2022.
