Consultant /Expert in EU Cooperation and Fund management

• The consultant will review and check of the accuracy of the administrative and financial documents, as well as the financial statement and analyze it, i.e. for example: (Staff contracts and timesheets, Partners’ provisions related to per diem, Procurement procedures’ document and contracts, etc.)

Based on this review and diagnosis, the consultant will have to propose recommendations / actions to project coordinators and financial managers of the Partner PP6 “Ministry of Public Works and Transport” and the Partner PP7 “Al Midan”

• Strengthening capacities of project coordinators and financial managers of the Partner PP6 “Ministry of Public Works and Transport” and the Partner PP7 “Al Midan” by preparing a training of two days on the rules of the program and the necessary requirements to follow for procedural improvements.
• The consultant will provide an assistance in reporting tasks of the Co-Evolve4BG such as:

(Consultant support to prepare reporting documents, ensure to follow established program policies, procedures or instructions, guide projects coordinators and financial managers to ensure the content is accurate…)

• Attending Project coordination meetings (online and/or in presence) upon request of Project Coordinators of Partner 6 and Partner 7. (Eventual travels for attending meetings shall be expressly authorized by the Contracting Authority and travel expenses will be reimbursed according to the reimbursement system set by the Contracting Authority for the project)
