Blue Mission is a non-political/non-sectarian NGO based in Saida, seeking to promote a culture of peace on every level of society in order for Lebanon to confront and resolve its humanitarian challenges. Blue Mission is now starting the “Healthy minds for all” project in collaboration with ACTED and l’Agence francaise de developpement. The aim of the project is to address Mental Health challenges of these vulnerable populations through the implementation of workshops and awareness sessions. Purpose and Scope of Assignment

The Project Officer is responsible for providing high quality research review and community engagement, advice, plan, and reporting all by working with a wide range of municipalities, public authorities, CSOs and the local community. The feeding program field officer plays a key role on a day to day basis in ensuring effective implementation of school feeding program, he/she is responsible for on-site support to the volunteer kitchen teams, receiving the food items from the suppliers on a daily base and monitoring the food safety.
We are looking for an experienced feeding program Field Officer for our School Feeding Program in Lebanon. The field officer’s responsibilities include the daily follow up of the implementation of the program in the schools.

To coordinate the implementation of the project in putting together project goals that meet World Vision standards and policies in addressing refugee needs in a sustainable manner that leaves considerable positive impact on the targeted beneficiaries.
