Reporting Officer South & Beirut

The Consultant will support Palestine Red Crescent Society - Lebanon branch and Canadian Red Cross to enhance the impact, reach and efficiency of the SCRR project through the integration and coordination of Community Engagement and Accountability activities and approaches in PRCS-L hospitals.
In particular, the consultant will be responsible to strengthen the patient feedback and complaint mechanism in PRCS-L hospitals, ensuring community (patients, hospital staff and PRCS-L staff) feedback and complaints are collected, analyzed and acted upon by the hospitals

The PSS facilitator has the responsibility of leading community Psychosocial support activities at the field level and ensuring participation of beneficiaries, namely men and women, and partners in all phases of project implementation. He/she will build the capacity of and empower the community to provide caregivers with positive parenting skills and child protection key messages.
He /she will receive support, supervision and technical guidance from the child protection Officer/coordinator, capacity building officer and program Manager.
