The annual vulnerability assessment of Syrian refugees (VASyR) and refugees of other nationalities (VARON) is a nation-wide exercise aimed at providing a yearly, multi-sectoral update of the vulnerabilities of refugees living in Lebanon. Through surveys at the household level the assessments aim to provide insight on a variety of different themes including demographics, protection, health, shelter, socio-economic vulnerability, food consumption, food security, coping strategies, livelihoods, WASH and education.

The Shelter Field Officer, as part of the Shelter Team, works on Shelter activities, including but not limited to supervising the : construction and rehabilitation of shelters, upgrading of sanitation facilities, and distribution of relief items at field level, in the framework of PU-AMI’s Emergency Response and Development Program in Lebanon.

In local contexts, the Child Protection (CP) case worker acts with the children, families and their social environment through a global approach in order to:
•Provide individual case management for children and youth in accordance with all case management steps , related tools and procedures
•Provide ongoing support to families and caregivers, foster and alternative care systems.
•Directly communicate effectively with other caseworkers and service providers as part of conducting individual case management

The Programme Manager will be based in Beirut and will manage the implementation of the education and child protection programming across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and South Lebanon. The Programme Manager is expected to lead on overall programme delivery, budget management, staff and team management (including recruitment), partnership management, inter-agency and local government representation.
