• Determining proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs as well as preparing requests for proposal (RFPs)
• Meeting proposal deadline by setting-up priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviewing and approval
• Developing proposal by assembling information including project sector, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising and editing drafts including executive summaries and conclusions.
