- Attend a training explaining the survey to be conducted , the context of the survey and the data collection time frame and process .
- Contact sample respondents .
- Coduct the survey with respondents, and record their answers accurately.
- Ensure that the number of beneficiaries surveyed is correctly captured and reported to the team leader.
- Report certain situations that may arise directly to the team leader.
- Respect the confidentiality of the information shared by respondents.
