The USAID/Lebanon Diverting Waste by Encouraging Reuse and Recycling (DAWERR) Activity is working to establish sustainable and replicable integrated solid waste diversion and valorization solutions in rural areas of Lebanon. The target is to introduce financially sustainable solutions that increase the reuse, recycling and monetization of solid waste and reduce the amount of “residual” solid waste that goes into landfills.

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist will support the project’s MEL efforts across all technical areas of the ARE project to ensure monitoring and evaluation procedures are done in compliance with the projects approved MEL plan and USAID standards and regulations.

The Data Collection Assistant is a member of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team, under the direct supervision of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director. The data collection assistant will assist in the collection and storage of accurate ongoing project monitoring and evaluation data across regional offices and activities related to the Lebanon ARE project.
