The TASC Program Manager (TPM) will serve as a key member of the Technical Assistance and Strategic Communications (TASC) team, under the direct management and supervision of the Deputy Chief of Party and Chief Technical Officer. The TPM will be responsible for the management, coordination and oversight of ongoing and new interventions under the Strategic, Innovation, Technology and Sector Development fund, including ARE’s latest Tourism Cluster Development initiative. He/She will also support with the design and validation of newly identified opportunities and interventions.

The Communication officer ensures effective communication, visibility and knowledge management within Syria and Lebanon and to external audience. The Communication officer is accountable to the Country Director.

The accountant will be responsible for controlling the daily cash/check management, supporting the Country Office staff, overseeing and preparing the projects books in accordance with Dorcas protocols, standards and procedures in order to provide accurate, reliable and updated financial information.
The accountant will be located In Dorcas’ main office in Damascus, Syria, and will operate on a daily basis with the management in the country office, in Dora, Lebanon. S/he may be asked to conduct field visits to projects locations in Syria, also visits to Lebanon if needed.
