The Animator at Nusroto Correctional Center is the caretaker responsible of the general wellbeing of the juveniles at the center, their proper behavior and compliance to regulations. The role entails taking care of the juveniles from the moment they wake up, during their meals, their tasks, ensuring their tidiness and hygiene as well as that of their rooms and items. The role also includes developing and implementing educational and recreational activities for the juveniles throughout their stay.

The Psychologist at Nusroto Correctional Center is the technical mental health expert responsible of the mental wellbeing of the juveniles at the center. The role doing psychological assessments, psychotherapy sessions, awareness and preventive activities, referrals, treatment of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders as well as doing then necessary reporting and record keeping.
