The Public Source is seeking a Beirut-based managing editor to join us on a full-time basis starting in early 2023.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker — committed to quality public interest journalism — with at least five years of experience as a journalist and/or editor.

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

The Cluster Officer is responsible to perform operational and administrative activities for QOOT Cluster, ensuring follow-up with QOOT Cluster members and successful coordination and implementation of the various activities.

The Project Development Officer (PDO) contributes to the development of project proposals in line with
ACTED’s global and in-country programme strategy, and ensures proper grant management, incl. timely
reporting of project achievements to donors. The PDO facilitates internal communication and coordination
with relevant departments, and contributes to ACTED external communication strategy.

The IM Officer will support ensuring quality and accountability standards are integrated into CARE International’s programming and data. The IM Officer will have a key role in promoting visibility of the MEAL data to enhance accountability and support an evidence-based knowledge on the positive and negative impact that the program is having over the communities we work with.

DRC received registration from the Ministry of Interior in 2011, and since then has focused primarily on responding to the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon and the resulting impact on Lebanese host community. DRC Lebanon’s focus is to ensure that we are able to respond to critical emerging humanitarian needs whilst improve the living conditions of displacement-affected populations and contribute to the achievement of durable solutions.
