Tha Hariri Foundation is dedicated to sustainable development across various sectors, including Education & Training, Public Health, Community Support, Urban Development, and Environment & Agriculture. HF operates in partnership with stakeholders to promote citizen engagement, social cohesion, and community resilience.


Consultancy Overview

The Hariri Foundation seeks a qualified Brand Image & Digital Marketing Expert for a short-term consultancy under its Community Support Program. This initiative aims to uplift local MSMEs engaged in traditional handicrafts and traditional food sectors by enhancing their brand image, from identity to packaging, and implementing cutting-edge digital marketing techniques. The primary goal is to elevate the market relevance and penetration of these MSMEs while encouraging sustainable and green practices.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Development

  • Collaborate with a select group of MSMEs to create unique brand identities that reflect their cultural essence and market positioning.
  • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines covering logos, color palettes, typography, and visual elements.

Design Applications

  • Create digital assets optimized for online platforms, including social media graphics, banners, and promotional visuals.
  • Design print-ready materials, such as business cards, brochures, and posters, ensuring consistency with the established brand identity.
  • Craft appealing packaging designs that align with the brand, fostering recognition and consumer engagement.

Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Formulate tailored digital marketing plans for each MSME, encompassing online advertising, social media campaigns, and content strategies.
  • Implement SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and attract a wider audience.
  • Provide hands-on training to MSMEs on executing and sustaining effective digital marketing campaigns.

Training Curricula and Tools

  • Develop user-friendly training materials on digital marketing, customized to the unique challenges and opportunities within traditional crafts and food sectors.
  • Create interactive tools and resources to empower MSMEs to independently manage and optimize their digital presence.

Sustainability Integration

  • Integrate sustainable and green practices into the branding and marketing strategies of each MSME.
  • Advise on effective communication strategies to highlight sustainability efforts and enhance consumer perception.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in brand development and digital marketing, with a focus on supporting MSMEs.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating impactful brand identities and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in delivering training programs, specifically in digital marketing, to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and green practices within branding and marketing.
