SHABAKE 2 PROJECT MIDLINE AND ENDLINE PROJECT EVALUATION

Object of the tender:

The tender covers the award of a service contract covering “the project evaluation will have to focus on the entire implementation period as well as the current needs and gaps, to effectively capture lessons learnt and provide information on the extent and the impact and sustainability of the Shabake 2 project. The evaluation will have to assess the project design, approach, scope, implementation status and achievement of project objectives, identify related challenges and opportunities, and generate lessons learned and best practices that will inform the strategy to be followed in next programs.”.

The scope of the needs to be satisfied is set out in the terms of reference.
