• Introduction: 

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) established in 2003, is a nongovernmental, secular association that works through a wide range of networks of civil society organizations (CSOs) to meet the needs of the local community on the basis of sustainable development. These relationships are part of the organization scale up ability.

DPNA’s Vision is to have a democratic and non-violent society where all citizens enjoy their rights and freedoms. As for its Mission, it is to educate, empower, mobilize, and enable citizens to change and meet the needs of the communities specifically the marginalized groups in rural, bordered, and poverty areas, on the basis of human rights and sustainable development.

About the Bid:

As part of PSS project under the “Grant Award for the rapid response mechanism for the crisis in Lebanon” with Expertise France- Groupe AFD, DPNA is requesting price offer for an Accommodation and Venue reservation for 3 nights, 4 days for 30 persons during second or third week of September 2023.

Development for People and Nature Association (DPNA) requests your price quotation for the following accommodation and venue reservation specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

All quotes provided should meet the specification(s) listed, and include the following information for the criterion listed, which shall be used in evaluating the best bidder:

• RFQ completed and stamped (attached)
• Previous experience in hosting trainings
• Commercial Register Certificate
• Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance
• Not subject to legal proceedings from the court (Clean Judicial Record)
• Data Sheet (Accommodation and Venue Photos- facilities- rooms)
• Copy of the ID of the representative/owner of the company

• Evaluation and Selection Criteria: 

Evaluation and Selection criteria will be divided as follows: Technical 60%, Financial 40%.
