Instructions to Bidders
- Annex #1: Scope of work and technical specification and DRWs for the works for lot 1 and lot 2 (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #2: Financial Offer – for lot 1 and lot 2 (To be completed, signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #4: Code of Conduct for Contractors (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #5: Vendor Bank Verification Template (To be completed by the Bidder signed and stamped)
We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this tender in writing on the following email address: [email protected]
Upon receiving the email from interested contractors on the procurement email, NCA will send by email the Code of Conduct for Contracts, Vendor Bank Verification, and the General Terms and Conditions for Work Contracts. Interested Bidders can also request the financial offer template (Annex 2) in excel by email.
How to apply
The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents:
- Annex #1: Scope of work and technical specification and DRWs for the works for lot 1 and lot 2 (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #2: Financial Offer – for lot 1 and lot 2 (To be completed, signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #4: Code of Conduct for Contractors (To be signed and stamped by the Bidder)
- Annex #5: Vendor Bank Verification Template (To be completed by the Bidder signed and stamped)
The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the tender:
- Valid Company Business Registration specialized in Engineering and Constructions.
- Valid contractor certificate grade A for the companies bidding required for lot 1
- Proof to be included in 2024 “Recommended LCEC List for contractors” for companies bidding for lot 2
- Valid membership in the engineering syndicate, submit proof of annual membership payment for 2024, for engineers under companies bidding required for lot 1 & 2
- Signed & Stamped NCA ‘Code of Conduct’
- Signed & Stamped NCA ‘Master Terms & Conditions for Work Contract’
- Company owner or company director ID/ Passport
- Letter from the bank for confirmation of the bank account. It should be issued in 2024
- NCA vendor bank verification template signed and stamped by the submitting contractor
- NCA site visits documents signed by both parties
- Signed and stamped letter of commitment to submit the work within 73 calendar days for lot 1
- Signed and stamped letter of confirmation to submit the work within 30 calendar days for lot 2
Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority.
