In close coordination with the General Manager, the logistics officer and the finance officer,

  • Ensure that the human resources contracts, invoices and payments are done in due time in coordination with the Finance Officer

  • Manage the logistics related to implemented activities

  • Ensure follow-up with other team members, and other relevant partners as needed

  • Ensure that narrative and financial reporting requirements are met for each project

  • Ensure that projects are implemented within the expected timeline, budget, and log frame

  • Follow up the selection process of the participants when applicable

  • Provide all documents necessary for archiving to the General Managers

  • Manage procurement of materials needed for workshop

  • Manage cameras landing to film making workshop and make sure it comes back to CoE office

  • Be present efficiently during activities and write activity reports

  • Update the calendar in the office and online calendar

  • Translate documents when needed

Follow up on:

Flight:

  • Booking the necessary flight tickets for invited directors (REEF)

  • Explaining & supporting artists in their visa procedures if needed

Accommodation:

-     Managing the accommodation of all directors, artists, invitees and workshop consultants: place, check in and check outs (REEF and Filmmaking workshop)

 

Transportation:

  • Managing the arrivals and local transport of all directors/artists from the airport to the venue of

Accommodations

  • Managing the departures of all directors/artists from their venues of accommodation to the airport

  • Ensuring the transportation of consultants to the workshop venues and to accommodation place

 

Food & Refreshments:

  • Managing the preparation of workshops, events’ receptions, refreshments, and cocktails when

  • Coordinating the team meals during their work days (REEF)
