Communications Officer - Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Anera is seeking a talented Communications officer - Graphic Designer / Video Editor with a strong background in graphic design, video production, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling visuals, filming and editing engaging reels, and drafting captivating written stories that align with our global strategy. The role will be based in Lebanon but will cover Lebanon and Jordan activities. 

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Develop branding materials including brochures, banners, fact sheets and presentations.

Video Production:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media reels, YouTube, and promotional videos.
• Develop creative concepts and scripts for video projects.
• Manage video production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia or in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Social Media, Content Creation, Video/Reel Production and Editing. 
• Knowledge in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative suite; Illustrator, photoshop, AI tools and Canva, video editing tools and applications.
• Demonstrated experience in creating fact sheets, impact reports, creative social media content, visibility/promotional materials such as roll-up banners, brochures and others.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to deliver within strict deadlines.
