Description: 

Responsibilities:
•    Conduct field assessments, coordinate with local partners and stakeholders, and oversee the direct implementation of project activities.
•    Facilitate the logistical planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and field visits, including transportation, accommodations, and procurement of materials.
•    Support the project management team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting facilitation.
•    Collect data from the field, including beneficiary feedback and logistical details, to inform project strategies and decision-making.
•    Work with the communications team to document and share field-level activities and achievements, supporting the visibility and transparency of the project.

Requirements:
•    At least a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
•    At least 3-5 years of field experience in logistics or field coordination, preferably within the humanitarian or development sector.
•    Strong organizational and logistical planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage complex schedules.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
•    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments and challenges in the field.
•    Commitment to promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and community empowerment within logistical practices.
•    Field Officer Logistic should be proficient in English and Arabic.
