Berytech is a leading organization in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lebanon, dedicated to fostering innovation, supporting startups, and contributing to economic growth. As part of our operations, Berytech frequently requires travel services for its staff, partners, and stakeholders. To ensure seamless travel experiences, we seek to engage a professional travel agency that can manage and enhance our travel arrangements effectively over a six-month period.

Scope of work

 

The selected travel agency will be responsible for providing the following services:

  • Flight Bookings: Arrange domestic and international flights, ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient options are selected.
  • Accommodation Arrangements: Book accommodation that meets Berytech's standards in terms of location, quality, and cost (Optional).
  • Ground Transportation: Arrange airport transfers, car rentals, and other ground transportation as needed. (Optional)
  • Visa and Travel Documentation: Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and any other necessary travel documentation.
  • Itinerary Management: Provide detailed itineraries including flight, accommodation, and transportation details.
  • 24/7 Support: Offer round-the-clock assistance for any travel-related emergencies or changes.

  • Travel Arrangements: Ensure all travel bookings are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Support: Offer responsive and accessible customer support for all travel-related inquiries.
     
Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in travel management services with a strong portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Established network with airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers.
  • Ability to provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proximity to Berytech’s office or the ability to offer reliable remote support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

     

Payment Terms 

 

  • Payment will be made within 15 working days after the date of the invoice, issued as a Cheque Fresh from Arab Bank account.
