Context & Background

About Berytech:

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

About FFE:

Femme Francophone Entrepreneure project was created by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) in the Middle East in partnership with Berytech and l’Orient le Jours with the aim of fostering business development and promoting female entrepreneurship in Lebanon.

FFE supports women entrepreneurs in their business creation projects thanks to financial support and a specially adapted environment. The AUF grants a subsidy to the best projects and Berytech provides the necessary support for business creation. The grant obtained makes it possible to cover incubation costs over six months.

About Metli Metlik:

We are a reproductive and sexual health e-platform that aims to educate and offer support to Arab women throughout their lives. We offer pre-recorded online courses on different subjects, webinars, support groups, and chat rooms where they can exchange knowledge and learnings.

SCOPE OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS:

The scope of work will cover the following component:

Component 1: Branding & Web design

• Design Collaboration
• Layout Refinement
• Visual Appearance
• User Interface Optimization
• Multimedia Integration
• Branding Alignment

The consultancy service intervention timeline is from April 15^th  till May 15^th, 2024.

The experts' deliverables should include the following key aspects for the startup's success:

• Compelling and engaging content for the website, including copywriting, imagery, and multimedia elements.
• Digital material developed and content.

Deliverables

The expected deliverables include:

• Design elements
• Graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content

Qualifications

• Applications to this proposal can be from independent trainers/consultants, Corporate or Agency.
• The service provider should have at least 5 years of experience in working with startups.
• Effective communicator with any audience in an organized and professional manner.
• Use tools and methods to finalize the consultancy mission with the beneficiary's support.
• Have previous experience in providing consultancy services to startups.
• Professional Demonstrated experience in branding, graphic design, and web design through previous work experience or freelance projects. A portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects is essential.
• Understanding of the industry or market in question, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
