The Protection Technical Advisor position’s major objectives are to properly achieve the following global tasks:
-Provide technical inputs for the case management activities conducted on the base level, including safe identification and referral, development of a case action/care plan, case closure and case transfer;
-Provide guidance and support to Social Workers when dealing with complex cases;
-Provide guidance and support on the life skills and individual psychosocial support activities;
-Monitor the referral mechanisms at base level;
-Support field staff

Under the direct supervision of the Emergency Response Manager, the Emergency Response Team Leader is in charge of the daily management of Emergency Protection Field Officer(s) and Social Worker(s), preparing schedules and dispatching zones of intervention. S/he provides support and guidance, and participates to the beneficiaries’ selection, in collaboration with the Emergency Response Manager and Protection Technical Protection. S/he identifies and raises teams’ capacity building needs, shares protection trends, and reports any concern to her/his management.

Under the direct supervision of the Health Project Manager, the Inclusion and Community Health Team Manager is responsible of the overall coordination of the Community Health Interventions and outreach activities implemented in the catchment areas of the Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCCs) or other detected priority areas. S/he ensures that the strategy defined by the Health Coordinator and Health Project Manager is implemented accordingly.

The Social Worker will be based in the Saida Protection Community Center, and will be responsible for implementing the GBV awareness-raising online sessions and center activities, and Advocacy at the community level online activities. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and protection program manager, He/She will ensure that the projects’ objectives are met following donor requirements – adhere to strict timelines, ensure the production of quality of services, ensure that the project outcomes are sustained and continually drive innovation and improvement within the project.

The Social Worker will be based in the Saida Protection Community Center, and will be responsible for implementing the CP awareness-raising online sessions and center activities, and Advocacy at the community level online activities. Under the supervision of the Project Manager and protection program manager, He/She will ensure that the projects’ objectives are met following donor requirements – adhere to strict timelines, ensure the production of quality of services, ensure that the project outcomes are sustained and continually drive innovation and improvement within the project

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, conduct daily field visits to the communities in targeted neighborhoods in cooperation with protection team to define the needs and identify new beneficiaries. In addition, support team members in all required tasks.

The Center Coordinator will be based 50% in Saida center and 50% in Khaldeh headquarters, he/she will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the activities of the CP and GBV Project. Under the supervision of protection program and CP Manager, He/She will ensure that the projects’ objectives are met in accordance with donor requirements – adhere to strict timelines, ensure the production of quality & timely reports, ensure that the project outcomes are sustained and continually drive innovation and improvement within the project.
