Al Moasat aims to serve the residents of Saida city and its neighboring villages/towns in four main key areas: Education, Vocational Training, Health Services and Social Assistance by providing job opportunities as well as education for youth – particularly orphans and those with special needs – in cooperation and coordination with local and international NGOs.

S/he is responsible for the qualitative, quantitative and timely implementation of the activities linked to PFA (Psychological First Aid) and Emergency Cash Assistance (ECA), aiming to mitigate protection risks, prevent risk of eviction and mitigate harmful coping mechanisms. Activities include: identification of cases, assessment, participation to the selection, follow up on payments, referrals, reporting, etc. When identifying other needs and protection risks, the Field Officer will coordinate with Social Worker(s) and Referral Officer(s) in order to provide a comprehensive response.

Under the direct supervision of the Inclusion and Community Health Team Manager, the Community Health Supervisor - Nurse is responsible for the set-up and activities development of the community health network; and all community health intervention and outreach approach as based on PU-AMI Health intervention strategy in supported catchment area of PHCC and other priority assigned areas.

The field social workers will be located in South, Mount Lebanon, Bekaa, Aarsal & North and will be responsible for implementing the sponsorship program activities and assigned duties, under the supervision of the Sponsorship Program Coordinator and Sponsorship Manager. He/she will ensure that the projects objectives are met following donors’ requirements – adhere to strict timelines, ensure the production of quality services, ensure that the project outcomes are sustained and continually drive innovation and improvement within the project.

The Project Manager position’s major objectives are to properly achieve the following global tasks:
 Overall piloting of the project implementation;
 Management of the finance and logistics aspects of the project;
 Project reporting focal point;
 Overall management of the project team;
 External representation of the project.

In the context of its regulatory/governing role in the area of juvenile/child protection, MOSA seeks to strengthen the child protection system at the national and local decentralized levels.

IRL intended to implement a Sustainable Orphans Sponsorship Program to provide a critical contribution goal to Lebanon’s stability by expanding economic opportunities benefiting local economies and the most vulnerable communities and individuals in line with government rules and regulations. The project activities will be aimed to secure the dignity of the orphans from different nationalities.
