Food Security and Nutrition Technical Coordinator

Within the scope of our emergency intervention, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) aims to establish a pool of “Logistics Supervisors”, "WATSAN Supervisors", and "WATSAN Technicians" who are enthusiastic and ready to participate in our current emergency response efforts with the internally displaced people. 

Working in the Finance Department under the direction of the Senior Finance Coordinator and Senior Finance Manager, the Subaward Finance Assistant will support the reporting of financial information, assist in the processing and recording of payment transactions in timely and accurate manner and assist in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and grant requirements.

Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI) is an Italian humanitarian non-governmental organization founded in Milan in 1965.
COOPI is formally registered in Lebanon since 2015, COOPI is implementing intervention in North Governorate and Akkar, working in the sectors of Solid Waste Management, Food Security and Livelihoods, Education and Protection. Current donors of COOPI in Lebanon include the European Union, the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and private donors. COOPI in Lebanon works in partnership with different actors, including international and national NGOs.

In response to the ongoing challenges in Lebanon and the Syrian crisis, Medair is seeking team members with a background in civil and/or environmental engineering to facilitate and coordinate water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion interventions in informal settlements (IS). This project will support both vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian communities and will complement existing shelter, site planning, and GIS mapping initiatives.
