Project’s context:

The Fundraising Manager will implement the fundraising strategy set by the Development and Communication Director to support the financial goals of OML. This role involves managing the day-to-day fundraising activities, planning and executing campaigns, building and maintaining donor relationships, and overseeing all aspects of fundraising efforts , with a focus on securing funds from various sources.

An External Consultant for Digitalization Training in NGO project monitoring is responsible for enhancing the digital capabilities of nonprofit organizations. This role involves designing and delivering training programs that focus on utilizing digital tools and technologies to improve project monitoring and evaluation processes. The consultant assesses current practices, identifies gaps, and provides tailored solutions to streamline operations.

The MEAL Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the data collection process, phone surveys, and data entry of required IOCC projects. He/ she will communicate with the MEAL Officer, follow-up on project activities, and submit reports.
