GUPW Mission

• Mobilization and organization of the efforts of women in their participation in the liberation movement and the achievement of the inalienable national rights of Palestinian women.

• Improvement of the status of women through raising their awareness of their rights and enhancing their participation in decision-making in all political, social, economic, and educational aspects. GUPW Objectives

• Improving the role of women in society through the development of their educational, professional, and cultural skills and capabilities in founded centers across all regions.

• Implementing beneficial projects that contribute to the advancement of the economic status of women.

• Fighting and advocating for women’s rights through reviewing laws and legislations that discriminate against women and working on amending these laws.

• Highlighting and supporting national and humanitarian causes through strengthening communication and connections with international and Arab women-supporting organizations.

• Spreading information to various women’s sectors.

• Following up on the healthcare of women and children through the creation of advanced medical policies that aim at serving the women’s and children’s health through organizing programs and events in coordination with medical organizations such as the Palestinian Red Crescent and UNRWA Expanding the communication and connections with women liberation organizations in countries that are in solidarity with the Inalienable Palestinian Rights.
