The Grants Coordinator will contribute to achieving quality programming by closely supporting the Grants Manager in ensuring effective grants management including internal and donor compliance requirements, timely and quality proposal development as well as reporting. Faced with the economic, social and institutional crisis that Lebanon is experiencing today, the Lebanese authorities are more than ever obliged to conduct a vast reform program to consolidate their budgetary position and meet the demands of the population for greater transparency. As part of the CEDRE conference (Economic Conference for Development through Reforms and Enterprises) organized in April 2018, the main international donors committed to release the necessary financing provided that structural reforms are implemented.

DRC has been responding to various humanitarian crises in Lebanon since 2004, working with Palestinian, Iraqi and Syrian refugees. DRC received registration from the Ministry of Interior in 2011, and since then has focused primarily on responding to the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon and the resulting impact on Lebanese host community. DRC Lebanon’s focus is to ensure that we are able to respond to critical emerging humanitarian needs whilst improve the living conditions of displacement-affected populations and contribute to the achievement of durable solutions.
