The Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation, evaluation and tracking the progress of the project to meet its designed objectives.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator is responsible to implement a functional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) system of the Youth RESOLVE 2 consortium. He/she leads the implementation and follow-up of the MEAL plan for the project in coordination with consortium partners. The MEL Coordinator works with the project team and partners leading the implementation of the projects’ baseline and evaluation, as well as the implementation of standardized MEAL processes and tools for all partners at field level. The coaching support will focus on developing organizational capabilities to equip the beneficiaries with the necessary skills to ensure commercial growth. The role of the business coaches is to provide business coaching and leadership development support to SMEs. A range of competencies will enable them to demonstrate their credibility to business. Some will have specific skills in certain areas.

The psychologist will work both at the Tahaddi health center (THC) and the Psychosocial Support Center (PSS). The psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling sessions for adults, children and their families. The psychologist will facilitate group sessions for children or adult community groups including Syrian displaced people.

Job summary: The Speech Therapist assesses the children and develops individual or collective intervention plans. She/he conducts screening and testing, obtains diagnostic information, analyses information and makes recommendations regarding programs and follow up of children.
