LAH is a non-governmental organization founded in 2013 by a group of educationalists, history teachers, and activists who work together to contribute to the development of disciplinary approaches to History education in Lebanon. LAH’s mission is to promote the learning and teaching of history as a discipline in Lebanon, raise public awareness about the importance of history and ensure that history teaching becomes more recognized by society and more engaging to learners with a focus on historical concepts.

This position aims at contributing to the effective implementation of CACH’s program in Lebanon, focusing on the relief and livelihood sectors. Core aspects of the position related to supporting the Programme Manager and the local implementing partners in all aspects of project cycle management, as well as the setting up of new livelihood and relief projects with a focus on monitoring, reporting, project development, and providing technical assistance to partners.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the position is to implement a functional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system at field level. He/she provides leadership to the implementation of the MEAL plan for projects/programs.
