Under the direct supervision of the WASH Program Manager, the WASH Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Program Coordinator, will lead all MEAL related activities of the WASH Sector at WVL Lebanon. S/he needs to provide leadership to the implementation of the MEAL plan for WVL WASH projects/programs and in coordination with the project leads. The MEL coordinator works with the projects teams for the implementation of projects’ baselines and evaluations, as well as the implementation of standardized MEAL processes and tools for all sectors at field level.
