To strengthen its ability to manage and facilitate the WG PASC, ALEF seeks a consultant to support the organization through evaluating its internal programmatic processes in order to improve workflow, productivity and coordination between its team members but also its various departments involved in the management of the WG PASC but also to lead on the drafting of several documents that will be used to consolidate ALEF’s and the WG PASC’s achievements and successes.

The consultant is expected to organize training sessions (1 to 2), online or in-person, to a group of 40 young Lebanese interested in the questions of pluralism, citizenship, and hate speech. At the end of the training, the youth involved should be able to grasp the idea of citizenship (the rights and duties of individuals), the importance of rule of law, equality, and pluralism. Through the use of case studies, debates, and reflections, the consultant will come up with an interactive session to build the capacities of the youth to grasp the idea of citizenship in Lebanon.
