The objectives of this assignment is to provide tailored capacity building for Nabaa and Asmae Lebanon on mainstreaming gender within the Youth for change project.
This will be achieved by analyzing the context of project implementation with a gender lens, reviewing current gender mainstreaming practices applied by Nabaa and Asmae within this project, to train the teams on conducting gender assessment, supporting both teams in conducting such assessment for the project to deepen the analysis developed by the consultant and train and support both teams in implementing the needed actions
