The Learning facilitator deals with a variety of groups and individuals in the school setting and with the school community (through face-to-face or virtual learning). In this position, a Learning facilitator will serve as a facilitator and technical support working in the field with clusters of schools participating in the QITABI-2 project. The Learning facilitator will work with school coordinators, teachers, other school staff, and parents to support and coordinate in-person and/or remotely field-based projects.

IMC Worldwide is seeking a Finance and Administration Officer for the “Innovation for Affordable and Renewable Energy for All (INARA) Activity” under the Initiative to Deliver Essential Assistance and Services (IDEAS) Project for USAID in Lebanon with IMC Worldwide, Inc (IMC).

In accordance with established Agency policy and procedure, the incumbent will be reporting

USAID’s “Quality Instruction towards Access and Basic Education Improvement” (QITABI -2) is a five-year program seeking to improve learning outcomes for all students in public primary schools in Lebanon. Its activity targets an estimated 200,000 girls and boys, including those who are registered in second shifts of public schools.

The Regional Finance Coordinator (RFC) will perform a key regional financial support role with responsibility for driving the strengthening and standardization of finance systems, procedures and capacities in the MENA five country offices.

The RFC will have a functional and administrative reporting line to the Regional Finance Manager (RFM) for all functional matters (finance SOPs, templates, systems etc.) as well as for all delivery matters for the roving responsibilities.
