The WASH Officer contributes to effectively ensure the implementation of the LRC “Environmental and Hardware” WASH Program Components. The role will include implementing environmental technologies related to Solid Waste Management, Water and Wastewater Management, and solar power projects. The WASH Officer on HQ level also provides guidance to the WASH Field Officer(s) and enhances their liaison with the WASH Focal Persons/Volunteers in order to successfully respond to the Lebanese Economic crisis and Syrian Refugee Crisis.

Summary of Position
The Expert will assist the CSP/TO3 team through providing technical assistance to the selected municipalities (Achach and Arde) to strengthen their capacities in maintaining the irrigation canals. The technical assistance comes in the form of on-the-job training and provision of technical assistance tools such as TIP Sheets and/or checklists, templates, and forms for the improved functioning of targeted organizations.

AltCity Impact/Bloom is recruiting an external M&E Impact Evaluator who will evaluate RDPP program implementation period, particularly to AltCity Impact/Bloom’s improvement of best practices following the mid-program evaluation completed on January 31, 2022.
The evaluation should also assess the Theory of Change and whether the fundamental assumptions supporting it are still valid in light of the changing circumstances and provide project execution outcomes, recommendations, and lessons learned.
