The Trainer will work under the program called ‘‘Employment Hub” which is an employability and soft skills program for youth in Lebanon, implemented by The Nawaya Network and powered by UNICEF.
The objective of the Program is to increase the access of graduated Lebanese youth (21 - 28 years old) to one of 3 technical training (Project Management, Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing), opportunities to enhance soft skills which the end outcome would be to turn their profile into stronger and more attractive ones in the eyes of potential employers.

Facilitating and conducting the Design Thinking Training under the GIL Entrepreneurship Program for the youth outreached by various labs and by the field team (when it comes to the Beirut Floating Lab). The trainer is a key person in ensuring an effective and efficient training to the targeted youth through an optimized training material with interactive learning tools/case studies. He/she makes sure to convey any issue faced with the youth and/or with the lab to the Field Manager for immediate corrective actions.
