Will oversee the designing of the coaching program. Will coach the selected beneficiaries through the entirety of the project. Will help set the selection criteria on which will be used as a basis to select the beneficiaries.
Will oversee acting on the approved action plan. Will be communicating with GIZ team to update them on progress of activities. Will delegate tasks to the responsible officer or expert and set the workplan for the implementation of the activities. Will be involved in all activities of the project and facilitate their work when necessary
Will follow up on activities and the progress of the implementation. Will guide team on the design of the project and of the risk associated with each activity. Will make sure team is abiding to the contract.
You are a part of the Middle East regional team and report to the regional representative. You will be working closely together with country directors, the CMT team, fundraising, the partnerships team, and finance.
EuroMed Feminist Initiative (EFI) is a policy network that provides expertise in the field of gender equality, democracy building and citizenship, and advocates for political solutions to all conflicts, and peoples´ rights to self-determination. EFI encompasses women’s rights organizations from the two shores of the Mediterranean and seeks to correct the gender power imbalances through ending discrimination and oppression of women and bringing about positive change for the whole society.
The Gender Advisor will provide technical advice and support to NRC and its partner members under the Haretna Consortium, taking a technical leadership so that gender is fully mainstreamed throughout NRC's project cycle and all Consortium's activities. In their first year of engagement, the Gender Advisor’s objective is to ensure that the gender transformative agenda of the Haretna Consortium is fulfilled.
Al-Fayhaa Association (AFA) is a Lebanese Non-profit NGO aimed to develop and rehabilitate the community through educational programs, and cultural/social activities. Al-Fayhaa Association was founded in 1999 and was officially established on 8\10\2008 holding the registration number 1254 AD.
The curriculum development expert will be responsible to submit during the project the following deliverables (one month assignment):
• Training material (in English and Arabic)
• Training handouts and materials (In English and Arabic)
• Pre and post tests (In English and Arabic)
