Medair supports 50 PHCCs in Lebanon and their communities, integrating primary healthcare and outreach services. It includes capacitation, outreach events, HBCC curriculum delivery, CHW-led surveillance, and midwives providing ANC, PNC, counseling, and MNCAH through home visits.

The Regional Finance Officer will report to the Austrian Red Cross Regional Programme Manager and will be based in the Austrian Red Cross Office in Beirut. She/He will be responsible for financial matters related to the AutRC Regional Office (financial reporting and budget follow-up, support in drafting of budgets for project proposals). Job Purpose

The MEAL & Grants Officer primarily establishes and oversees a functional MEAL system for the project.  He/She communicates with the INGOs and fundraising platforms’ representatives, the identified local NGOs, civil society members, technical advisers, implementing partners and other stakeholders.
