MSF is looking for IECHP Manager to Define, coordinate and monitor all the IEC( Information, Education, Communication) Health Promotion activities in the project and promote MSF services according to MSF principles, protocols and standards in order to increase the knowledge of the target population around their health, the support of preventive activities and the collaboration to improve the services.

The incumbent is responsible for the overall implementation of the project “Improving Mental Health and Well-Being of People Living in Lebanon”, phase II. Where a consortium of 4 organizations, Médecins du Monde (MdM), Skoun, Abaad and Embrace, supported by the Agence Francaise de Development (AFD) aims to improve the opportunities to enjoy the best possible mental health and wellbeing by offering appropriate services to the people living in Lebanon, particularly the most vulnerable groups and people at risk.

FRF is looking forward to establish a map of active youth and women groups (registered and non-registered groups) in the area of Beirut and Mount Lebanon who are ready to be active in upcoming advocacy initiatives. Therefore, FRF is looking to hire an advocacy advisor to establish the map after conducting 1:1 interviews with the groups to check their activism, willingness to networking, and their target audiences and regions.

The Monitoring Coordinator is responsible under the direct supervision of the Health Project Manager; the supervision and monitoring of the partner health center on the health care administrative, managerial part that ensure the quality of health care provided for the smooth implementation of the BPRM- funded health project: titled: Critical access for the refugees to medicine and health service (CARMAH)
Additionally, he/she will be responsible for monitoring, gathering information and reporting on the beneficiaries’ health status.

The Crisis Analyst is part of a 3-member team forming the core of LCAH’s inception, development, and service delivery. They will network and form collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in data collection, humanitarian response, humanitarian funding, relevant academics, researchers, policy advocates and makers, civil society, and relevant governance structures to create complementarity and avoid duplication or over-assessment.

Implementing a functional MEAL system at the field level. So, the officer is going to monitor and evaluate all projects’ interventions.
Gathering data by visiting different levels (household, informal tented settlement, municipality) to support the continuous Action Against Hunger MEAL covering different sectors (Vulnerability Verification; Food Security and Livelihoods; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene)
Conducting ad hoc assessment interviews at different levels according to the request from the direct supervisor and following new arrival trends and program impact assessment needs

The Dep FSL Co will be responsible for the operational side of implementation in the FSL Department. The Dep FSL Co will support the PMs with program activities on the ground in project coverage areas, including technical, logistical, financial, and administrative support.
The Dep FSL Co will monitor project performance and provide problem-solving support to the projects to run smoothly according to work-plan and logical frameworks. The individual is expected to identify issues and risks related to program implementation in a timely manner and suggest appropriate program adjustments.

Role Summary
