NGOs Financial Sustainability & Fundraising Support

Problem Statement

NGOs face an increasing demand for services while at the same time not being able to secure additional funding easily to cover this increasing demand, creating a gap in the service-aid delivery on one end or overwhelming the NGO with requests beyond what it can service.

Target Audience/Beneficiaries

NGOs that work on social justice, pan Arab collaboration, or medical and health sector. This includes social good organizations, community based organizations, local organizations, or national organizations in any Arab country and those located outside the Arab countries but are serving Arab communities and refugees.

Criteria:

• Non-partisan/non-political organizations.
• Non-profits/NGOs/For Social Good.
• Need support in terms of fundraising and financial sustainability capacity building and advisory services.
• Working on any of the 3 themes that YTF is focusing on:
  • Pan Arab Collaboration
  • Social Justice
  • Access to Health & Medical Services

Theory of Change

If we increase the knowledge of NGOs in financial sustainability and fundraising;

And we provide them with coaching and support in tackling fundraising challenges;

Then those organizations can sustain longer, serve more beneficiaries and have a bigger impact.

Project Overview

1. Accept a group of 100+ NGOs who are interested to learn and develop their financial sustainability and fundraising capabilities – February 2024.
2. Organize at 4 Webinars for 100+ NGOs on Financial Sustainability & Fundraising – March & April 2024.
3. Share Funding Opportunities with the Selected (100+) NGOs on a Regular Basis - May 2024 till July 2024.
4. Support 20+ NGOs through coaching to tackle fundraising challenges - May 2024 till July 2024
