Project management coordinator
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and oversee the matchmaking process between students and tutors, ensuring compatibility and alignment with educational goals.
2. Facilitate effective communication channels between students and tutors, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard qualified tutors, maintaining a diverse pool of subject matter experts.
4. Monitor ongoing tutor-student interactions, providing support and guidance as needed.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in project coordination skills to foster positive relationships between students and tutors.
2. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
3. Bachelor's degree
